目的调查分析某高原地区聚氯乙烯(PVC)生产装置职业病危害因素分布情况,并进行采样分析,为高原地区同类型生产装置职业病防治工作提供依据。方法依据《工业企业设计卫生标准》等职业卫生标准、规范,采用职业病现场调查等方法对该装置进行调查与评价。结果工作场所空气中粉尘和毒物时间加权平均(TWA)浓度符合职业接触限值,11个检测点氯乙烯超限倍数超标,合格率为64.5%;4个工种岗位为噪声作业,其中2个工种噪声8 h等效声级超标,合格率为77.8%。结论 PVC生产装置职业病危害严重,存在氯乙烯浓度超标现象,建议企业加强设备巡检,做好职业健康监护工作。
Objective To investigate and analyze the distribution of occupational hazards in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) production facilities in a plateau area and to conduct sampling analysis to provide basis for prevention and control of occupational diseases of the same type of production units in plateau areas. Methods Based on occupational health standards such as Design Health Standard for Industrial Enterprises, and normatively adopting on-the-spot investigation of occupational diseases, the device was investigated and evaluated. Results The time-weighted average concentration of dust and poisons in the workplace was in line with the occupational exposure limits. The over-limit fold of vinyl chloride exceeded the standard at 11 test spots with a pass rate of 64.5%. Four jobs were noise jobs, of which 2 jobs Noise 8 h equivalent sound level exceeded, with a pass rate of 77.8%. Conclusions The PVC production plant has a serious occupational hazard and exists the phenomenon of excessive vinyl chloride concentration. It is suggested that enterprises should strengthen the inspection of equipment and do a good job in occupational health monitoring.
