昆虫多糖处理大豆种子,可提高其发芽势,且表现出浓度效应,随着浓度的升高发芽势增高,当昆虫多糖质量浓度达到6 mg/m L时发芽势最高。各浓度处理对大豆的发芽率无显著影响。在大豆苗期,可显著提高大豆超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性和叶绿素含量,各浓度处理间呈正态分布,当昆虫多糖质量浓度为4 mg/m L时各指标达到最优。在大豆收获期,可提高大豆的单株荚数、单株粒数、百粒重。昆虫多糖质量浓度为4 mg/m L时与对照相比可增产17.08%。经昆虫多糖处理,可提高大豆种子萌发力,提高幼苗素质,促进代谢,增强抗性,显著提高大豆产量。
