主要对聚苯乙烯(PS)和β成核剂在微型注塑中对等规聚丙烯(i PP)形态结构和结晶行为的影响进行了研究。通过扫面电镜(SEM)观察发现,在较高的剪切力作用下,PS的相形态发生变化,逐渐变为椭圆形和纤维状形态。偏光显微镜(PLM)结果表明,微型制品中存在明显的“皮-芯”结构,并且PS的加入使取向层厚度增加,成核剂的加入会使晶体更加细化,成核强度增加。DSC和WAXD结果也同时表明了微型注塑中的剪切力和温度场能够促进β晶的生成,并且成核剂的加入能够明显提高结晶温度,增加β晶的含量。2D-WAXD测试结果表明,成核剂和PS的相互作用会使分子链取向更加明显。
The effects of polystyrene (PS) and β nucleating agent on morphological structure and crystallization behavior of isotactic polypropylene (i PP) in micro-injection molding were studied. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) observation showed that under the action of high shearing force, the phase morphology of PS changed and gradually became oval and fibrous morphology. Polarizing microscope (PLM) results show that there is a clear “skin-core” structure in micro-products, and the addition of PS increases the thickness of the alignment layer. The addition of nucleating agent will make the crystal more refined and the nucleation intensity increases. DSC and WAXD results also show that the shear force and temperature field in micro-injection can promote the formation of β crystal, and the addition of nucleating agent can significantly increase the crystallization temperature and increase β crystal content. 2D-WAXD test results show that the interaction of nucleating agent and PS will make molecular chain orientation more obvious.
