测定仲胺对研究食管癌亚硝胺病因是必要的,本文提出一个测定仲胺的新方法。该方法是用亚硝基铁氰化钠在20%乙醛和NaHCO_3—Na_2CO_3缓冲液中,在0℃时与仲胺反应生成稳定而且可溶性的蓝色化合物。该化合物的最大吸收波长为575nm。当甲基苄胺的浓度在1~25μg/ml在之间时,吸光度与甲基苄胺浓度的关系符合朗伯——比尔定律。最低检出浓度为1μg/ml。该方法的回收率为97—102%。除亚硝酸盐和叠氮化合物外,其它胺类和氨基酸在较低浓度时不干扰此反应。
The determination of secondary amines is necessary to study the etiological role of nitrosamines in esophageal cancer. This paper presents a new method for the determination of secondary amines. The method is to use sodium nitroso-cyanide in 20% acetaldehyde and NaHCO 3 -Na 2 CO 3 buffer at 0 ° C. to react with secondary amine to form a stable and soluble blue compound. The maximum absorption wavelength of this compound is 575 nm.
