随着经济和贸易的飞速发展,我国港口业有了极大的发展,同时也对港口的管理提出了更高的要求。人力资源是提高港口竞争力、实现现代化的关键,是港口企业获得竞争优势的源泉,未来的竞争可以说是集中在人力资源的竞争。因此,对我国港口企业人力资源现状做出准确、合理的评价,为港口企业明确培训的对象是十分有必要的。本文针对港口企业将给出一种基于分类的人力资源现状评价方法。
With the rapid development of economy and trade, the development of the port industry in our country has made tremendous progress, and at the same time, it has put forward higher requirements on the port management. Human resources are the key to enhancing the port’s competitiveness and realizing modernization. It is also a source of competitive advantages for port enterprises. Future competition can be said to concentrate on the competition of human resources. Therefore, it is very necessary to make an accurate and reasonable assessment of the present status of human resources in China’s port enterprises so as to provide a clear training target for port enterprises. In this paper, port enterprises will be given a classification based on the status of human resources evaluation.
