经典的光学理论都将光的波动性和粒子性区别来看。在利用光量子学说来解释光与物质作用时,也只强调光的粒子性,并且没有明确给出光与物质作用的力学机制,故而在光的波粒二象性的统一性方面存在着不足。本文提出了光子波驱动力模型假设,利用原子核一电子简谐振子力学模型对光与物质的作用机制进行了分析和修正,以三种半导体材料为例,较为合理地解释了物质对光的吸收,在一定程度上完善了对辐射光本质的描述。
