为解决W型辐射管NOx排放过高的状况,运用数值计算的方法,研究了具有两级空气分级的W型辐射管NOx排放情况,经验证,模型可靠.探讨了不同稀释剂、分级稀释以及高温稀释情况下对NOx排放的影响规律.分析以N2和CO2作为稀释剂的区别,发现以CO2作为稀释剂更能抑制NOx生成,在保证火焰稳定的情况下适当增加稀释体积分数可以使出口NOx降低到4×10-5以下.通过采用分级稀释,发现二级风与一级风相比,更能减少NOx排放.通过高温预热空气添加稀释剂的模拟,发现即使空气预热温度达到1000℃以上,也可以通过增加稀释体积分数将出口NOx控制排放在1×10-4以下.
