应用免疫组化PAP法观察人左心室心肌间质Ⅰ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原,并以Gordon-Sweet银染法显示网状纤维、VanGieson法显示结缔组织、PAS显示基底膜,进行比较。结果表明,肌外膜、肌束膜为Ⅰ型,肌内膜及心肌细胞、毛细血管基底膜分别为Ⅲ型及Ⅳ型胶原。Ⅲ、Ⅳ型胶原是构成心肌间质胶原网架最基础的成分。并对它在心脏舒缩功能中的意义作了讨论。
Immunohistochemical PAP method was used to observe the collagen type Ⅰ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ in human left ventricular myocardium. The reticular fibers were observed by Gordon-Sweet silver staining. The connective tissue was observed by VanGieson method. The basal membrane was detected by PAS. The results showed that the myometrium and myofibroblasts were type Ⅰ, endomyocardial and myocyte, and the capillary basement membrane was type Ⅲ and Ⅳ respectively. Ⅲ, Ⅳ type collagen constitute the most basic components of myocardial interstitial collagen network. And it is discussed in the significance of cardiac systolic and diastolic function.
