Objective: To investigate the clinical value of esophagogasostomy anastomosis to improve ligation of gastric wall to prevent postoperative anastomotic stenosis. Methods: A total of 120 gastric mucosal lesions (120 cases) were ligated with the stapled esophagogastric anastomosis (120 cases, control group) and esophagogastric anastomosis. The postoperative comparisons were made between the two groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the anastomotic stenosis rate in gastric wall group was significantly lower than that in control group, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: Esophagogastric anastomosis anastomosis improved ligation of the gastric wall easy to operate, to prevent anastomotic stenosis convenient and effective, can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.
