目的研究持续看近后对眼血流动力学、视力及屈光度有无影响以及做理视健眼操后上述3种指标有无改变。方法100人中低度近视初中学生持续看书2 h后检测:眼动脉、视网膜中央动脉收缩期峰值速度(PSV)和阻力指数(RI);视力;屈光度。做理视健眼操后重新检测上述3个指标。结果持续看近2 h后视力下降,做理视健眼操后视力好转,有显著性差异(P<0.001);控制近视屈光度加深的效果方面理视健眼操有一定疗效(P<0.025);改善眼部血液循环的效果理视健眼操效果很显著(P<0.01)。结论做理视健眼操后眼血流动力学、视力和屈光度均有明显改善,是保持和改善视力的有效方法。
Objective To study whether continuous changes in ocular hemodynamics, visual acuity and refraction, as well as whether there is any change in the above three indexes after eye exercises were made. Methods 100 low and middle school students with low myopia continued reading after reading for 2 h: the peak systolic velocity (PSV) and resistance index (RI) of the ophthalmic artery and central retinal artery; visual acuity and refraction. Make eye health check after re-test the above three indicators. The results showed that the visual acuity was decreased after 2 hours of continuous improvement, and visual acuity was improved after doing physical fitness eye exercises (P <0.001). There was a certain effect (P <0.025) in controlling the effect of deepening myopia on visual acuity eye exercises. ; To improve the effect of eye blood circulation Rickinson eye exercises have a significant effect (P <0.01). Conclusion It is an effective way to maintain and improve eyesight after eyesight hemodynamics, visual acuity and refraction have been significantly improved after eyesight acclimation.
