数据是智能油田的核心,新疆油田由数字油田向智能油田发展,本质是数据的深度利用。通过对油气生产过程中多项业务场景的分析,我们选定以油井结蜡分析作为突破口,建立油气田大数据应用的方法和流程。通过研究抽油井结蜡规律可以提前预测抽油井结蜡问题,在保证抽油井正常生产的情况下,优化抽油井结蜡洗井周期,从而实现在洗井作业维护上节支创效。最后,基于新疆油田陆梁作业区的实际数据测试验证了基于大数据分析的油井结蜡故障预测方法的有效性。
Data is the core of intelligent oilfields. The development of Xinjiang oilfields from digital oilfields to intelligent oilfields is essentially the use of data in depth. Through the analysis of a number of business scenarios in the oil and gas production process, we selected the well wax analysis as a breakthrough, the establishment of methods and processes for the application of big data in oil and gas fields. By studying the law of waxing in pumping wells, we can predict the waxing problem of pumping wells in advance. Under the condition of ensuring the normal production of pumping wells, we optimize the waxing and washing cycle of pumping wells and thus save energy in washing and maintenance operations. Finally, based on the actual data test of the Luliang operation area in Xinjiang Oilfield, the effectiveness of the oil well wax fault prediction method based on big data analysis is verified.
