近年来,在多种方面的因素共同作用下,随着时间的推移,大学生所承受的心理压力也与日俱增。作为心理障碍出现情况最多的高发人群,大学生所受到的压力一般来自于学校、社会、家庭以及其本身等多个方面。面对这种情况,需要采取合适的方法来缓解大学生所承受的压力,减轻其心理障碍所产生的影响。本文主要介绍了音乐欣赏对当代大学生心理健康所带来的积极影响以及音乐欣赏是如何影响其心理健康及其措施。
In recent years, under the joint action of various factors, as time goes on, the psychological pressure on college students is also increasing day by day. As the most frequently occurring high-risk population, the pressure on undergraduates generally comes from the school, society, family and so on. Faced with this situation, we need to take appropriate measures to alleviate the pressure on college students to reduce the impact of their psychological barriers. This article mainly introduces the positive impact of music appreciation on the mental health of contemporary college students and how music appreciation affects their mental health and its measures.
