目的:探讨急性淋巴细胞白血病(ALL)伴髓系抗原(My)表达的免疫表型特点及进行相关分析。方法:对85例初诊ALL患者进行免疫学分型,以My阳性/阴性(+/-)对B细胞ALL(B-ALL)和T细胞ALL(T-ALL)进行组间分析。结果:My+B-ALL和My+T-ALL患者的CD13及CD33的中位数均高于My-B-ALL和My-T-ALL患者,其表达率均显著高于My-B-ALL和My-T-ALL患者(P<0.01,P<0.05)。My+B-ALL患者的CD15的中位数高于My-B-ALL患者,表达率显著高于My-B-ALL患者(P<0.01)。CD13、CD15、CD33的相关性在组间具有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:ALL中My的表达与mAb克隆、细胞染色技术、样本来源、阳性界值等多种因素有关。
Objective: To investigate the immunophenotypic characteristics of acute myeloid leukemia (ALL) with myeloid antigen (My) expression and to analyze them. Methods: Eighty-five newly diagnosed ALL patients were immunologically genotyped and the B-cell ALL (ALL) and T-ALL (T-ALL) were analyzed by My-positive / negative- Results: The median CD13 and CD33 in My + B-ALL and My + T-ALL patients were significantly higher than those in My-B-ALL and My-T-ALL patients And My-T-ALL patients (P <0.01, P <0.05). The median of CD15 in patients with My + B-ALL was significantly higher than that in patients with My-B-ALL (P <0.01). The correlation between CD13, CD15 and CD33 was significantly different between groups (P <0.01). Conclusion: The expression of My in ALL is related to many factors such as mAb cloning, cell staining, sample source and positive cutoff.
