巨野龙固煤矿1401工作面为深井大采高综放工作面,开采深度为800 m左右。为分析大采高条件下综放开采煤壁裂隙发育及煤矸放落的流动场特征,通过理论分析对3煤层综放工作面顶煤冒放性进行分析,理论证实龙固煤矿3煤层适宜采用综放工艺。应用FLAC3D数值模拟软件研究深井复杂条件下采场应力随工作面推进分布特征、顶煤塑性破坏规律的影响,为深井厚煤层确定放煤工艺参数、实现工作面安全高效生产提供理论依据。
The Juyuanlong solid coal mine 1401 face is a fully mechanized top coal caving mining face with a deep mining height of 800 m. In order to analyze the characteristics of the flow field of coal seam fissures and discharge of gangue in fully mechanized top coal caving mining under large mining height conditions, the roof coal caving of No.3 seam with fully mechanized caving mining face is analyzed by theoretical analysis. Suitable for use of fully mechanized caving technology. FLAC3D numerical simulation software was used to study the influence of mining stope stress in deep well under complicated conditions on the distribution characteristics of caving face and the law of plastic failure of top coal so as to provide a theoretical basis for determining coal caving parameters in deep thick coal seam and realizing safe and efficient production of working face.
