混合场景下考虑用户综合需求的电动汽车调度策略

为解决电动汽车用户对调度设备和调度方式的选择问题,提出了混合场景下考虑用户综合需求的电动汽车调度策略.首先,在保证设备多样性的混合场景下建立考虑用户综合需求的电动汽车指派模型,通过匈牙利算法确定了电动汽车调度的初步方案,以动态电价引导方式避免了时空拥挤和部分设备的过度使用;其次,针对电动汽车入网后的调度问题,采用差异化功率充放电方法降低了电网负荷的波动,同时在用遗传粒子群算法求解过程中将惩罚项加入目标函数,减少了电动汽车充放电状态转换的次数;最后以某区域电动汽车的调度为算例,验证了所确定电动汽车调度策略在优化能量交换时空分布、满足用户综合需求等方面的有效性.
