The monetary tightening effect has been transmitted to SMEs since 2010. When the credit limit is limited, banks first reduce their loans, increase the difficulty of financing for SMEs, increase the financing costs and aggravate the risk of the capital chain rupture. As a result, money shortage and electricity Shortage, shortage of labor and high costs, high tax burden together restrict the survival and development of small and medium-sized enterprises, with the effect of oil shortage, gas shortage, shortage of coal and water shortage superimposed, making it more difficult for SMEs. The government should speed up the financial industry’s opening to small and medium-sized economy and devote more energy and resources to solving the system dilemma of small and medium-sized enterprises.
