在陇东老区宁县,有一位古稀老人,他二十余年如一日,治山造林,植树不辍,使荒秃废弃的红土洼变成清秀翠绿的花果山。他,就是退休干部缐治兴。缐治兴一参加工作就在子午岭林区的罗山府林场,而且一干就是20年。1981年,回家探亲的他听说老家有一个叫红土洼的小山坡,由于路远地薄,至今仍荒芜弃置,成了村上的“包袱”。于是,他主动请缨,治理红土洼。红土洼地块不大,但远离村舍,道路崎岖,土质较差。那时,山上没有一棵树木,格外荒凉。但这难不倒“老林业”缐治兴,他多次勘查地形,制订治理规划,随之开始一镢头一镢头地填沟壑、整树窝、植树苗。年复一年,从不间断,先是在宜林荒山上栽植幼树1万多株。1987年退休后,他索性把家安在山上,看着数年辛劳换得的这一片新绿, In Longdong old district of Ningxian, there is an ancient thin old man, more than 20 years he day, mountain reforestation, planting ceaseless, so that the abandoned bald abandoned red depression into a clear green flower Huashan.
