为选育适应贵州生态条件的重穗型冬小麦新品种,对12个穗粒大小不同的亲本组成的8个组合进行了遗传和相关分析。揭示了7个数量性状广义遗传力的大小依次为;千粒重>株高>穗长>穗粒数>穗粒重>每穗总小穗数>株穗数,组合间有差异。遗传变异系数,以穗粒重、千粒重、穗粒数及株穗数为高,每穗总小穗数最小。F_17个性状都是倾大亲组合最多;F_2,凡双亲差异小、亲本个体环境变幅小,超亲个体即多;亲本差异大、个体分散度小,超亲本个体就少。对F_1、F_2和亲本各性状之间的关系进行分析,发现穗长、穗粒数、每穗总小穗数与穗粒重之间存在着显著的正相关,表明这3个性状可作为选育重穗型品种的主要参数。
In order to select a new winter wheat cultivar with a large panicle size suitable for the ecological conditions in Guizhou, eight combinations of 12 parents with different grain sizes were made genetic and correlation analysis. Revealed seven quantitative traits of generalized heritability in order of; grain weight> plant height> ear length> number of spikes> number of spike> number of spikes per panicle> number of panicles per plant, there are differences between the combinations. The coefficient of genetic variation was the highest with spike weight, 1000-grain weight, spikelets per panicle and panicles per spike, with the least number of spikelets per panicle. F_17 traits are the largest progeny combinations; F_2, where the difference between parents is small, the parents of small changes in the individual environment, super-pro-individuals that much; parents of large differences in individual dispersion is small, super-parents less. The relationship between F_1, F_2 and parents was analyzed. It was found that there was a significant positive correlation between ear length, number of spikes per panicle, number of spikelets per panicle and grain weight per spike, indicating that these three traits could be used as Weight-spike varieties of the main parameters.
