管周细胞是分布在生精上皮基膜外,围绕曲细精管呈环形排列的一类肌成纤维细胞,有伸缩和分泌功能。管周细胞合成了多种生物活性物质,旁分泌调节间质细胞和支持细胞的功能。管周细胞的发育依赖于雄激素作用,间质细胞合成雄激素过程被阻断或抗雄激素抗体的出现都能抑制管周细胞的发育。单独雄激素不能促使管周细胞分化,它需要同时有促性腺激素作用于支持细胞,间接地刺激管周细胞分化。管周细胞分泌旁分泌因子PModS等调节支持细胞功能,促进支持细胞合成雄激素合成蛋白和转铁蛋白。管周细胞、间质细胞和支持细胞相互之间密切联系,协调促进精子发生和睾丸雄激素合成。
Peritubular cells are located in the germinal epithelium basement membrane around the seminiferous tubules arranged in a circular array of myofibroblasts, stretching and secretion. Pericytes synthesis of a variety of bioactive substances, paracrine regulation of stromal cells and supporting cells function. The development of pericytes is dependent on androgens, the synthesis of androgen in interstitial cells is blocked, and the appearance of anti-androgens can inhibit pericyte development. Androgen alone can not promote the differentiation of pericytes, it needs at the same time gonadotropin on the supporting cells, and indirectly stimulate pericyte differentiation. Pericy tube secretion of paracrine factors such as PModS regulate the function of supporting cells and promote the synthesis of androgen synthesis cells and transferrin support cells. Perivascular cells, stromal cells and supporting cells are closely linked to each other and coordinate the promotion of spermatogenesis and testicular androgen synthesis.
