不同浓度NaCl胁迫对不同小麦品种种子萌发过程的影响试验结果表明,在盐胁迫下种子发芽率、发芽指数、活力指数和种子内α-淀粉酶活性下降;胚芽渗透势降低;种子内储藏物质转化速度变慢。这些反应均随盐胁迫强度的提高而增强。α-淀粉酶活性与种子萌发活力指数、种子内储藏物质的转化速度等均呈显著正相关。不同品种对盐胁迫反应不同,耐盐品种可维持较高的α-淀粉酶活性,种子内储藏物质转化速度快,具有较高水平的萌发活力
Effects of NaCl stress at different concentrations on the seed germination of different wheat cultivarsThe results showed that seed germination rate, germination index, vigor index and seed a-amylase activity decreased under salt stress; germ osmotic potential decreased; seed storage material conversion Slow down. These responses all increased with the increase of salt stress intensity. α-amylase activity and seed germination vigor index, seed storage material conversion rate was significantly positive correlation. Different varieties responded differently to salt stress. Salt-tolerant cultivars could maintain higher a-amylase activity, and the storage material in seed could transform faster with higher germination vigor
