为了探讨提钒脱硅同时进行的可能性,本文采用FeO—SiO_2熔剂处理含钒铁水,对钒,硅、碳、磷的氧化行为进行了研究。并对铁水中的初始硅含量,终渣中的氧化铁和二氧化硅之比对提钒的影响,提钒保碳等问题进行了讨论。结果表明,当[Si%]。=~0.4[V%]。=~0.3时,提钒脱硅可以同时进行,硅对钒的氧化没有明显的抑制作用,提钒率达92%。提钒率和钒分配比均随终渣中(FeO)/(SiO_2)的增加而增加,当(FeO)/(SiO_2)≈3.8时,η=93%,I_4v=537.67。采用本实验方法,提钒保碳是可能的。
In order to investigate the possibility of simultaneous desulphurization of vanadium, the oxidation behavior of vanadium, silicon, carbon and phosphorus in vanadium-bearing molten iron was studied by using FeO-SiO 2 flux. The effects of the initial silicon content in molten iron, the ratio of iron oxide and silica in the final slag on the vanadium extraction, and the vanadium retention in the vanadium were discussed. The results show that when [Si%]. = ~ 0.4 [V%]. = ~ 0.3, the vanadium desiliconization can be carried out at the same time. The silicon has no significant inhibition on the oxidation of vanadium, and the vanadium extraction rate reaches 92%. Both the vanadium extraction rate and the vanadium distribution ratio increased with the increase of (FeO) / (SiO 2) in the final slag, η = 93% and I_4v = 537.67 when (FeO) / (SiO_2) ≈3.8. Adopting this experimental method, it is possible to take advantage of vanadium protection.
