目的探讨应用空肠减压管在胰十二指肠切除术后预防胰瘘的价值。方法回顾性分析43例行胰十二指肠切除后在Child术式基础上空肠减压管引流患者的临床资料。结果本组术后无胰瘘

目的探讨应用空肠减压管在胰十二指肠切除术后预防胰瘘的价值。方法回顾性分析43例行胰十二指肠切除后在Child术式基础上空肠减压管引流患者的临床资料。结果本组术后无胰瘘发生,4周左右拔除空肠减压管。发生并发症10例,包括肺部感染3例(其中右胸腔积液1例),消化道出血1例,胃排空延迟3例,腹腔脓肿1例,局限性腹膜炎2例,予相应处理后治愈。无死亡病例。结论在胰十二指肠切除术中应用空肠减压管能有效地降低胰十二指肠切除术后胰瘘的发生。
