帮助孩子认识并能大胆展示自己的长处,同时也帮助孩子找到并能肯定别人的优点。面对班级里面的“特殊”孩子,我们应该如何做好因材施教?这学期的园内教研活动,我在大一班开展了一节社会活动——“我喜欢我自己”。活动的内容主要是帮助孩子认识并能大胆展示自己的长处,初步树立自我意识和自信心。活动进行到第二部分时,这时的活动环节我应该是引导孩子与同伴讨论后,说出自己的长处。通过第一部分故事的铺垫,孩子们都很投入,讨论得也很热烈。当我请孩子们举手发言时,班上顿时小手林立,每个人都恨不得把手
