海南岛是我国班氏丝虫病最南流行区。前人调查说明了岛上居民感染丝虫的严重性。因此,阐明当地居民丝虫感染与蚊媒的关系,在防治上有重要意义。为此,我们选择海口市郊(滨海平原)的龙岐村、秀英村和苍西村进行调查研究,现将结果报告于后。一、方法 1.居民丝虫感染调查:选择海口市郊的红旗公社塔光大队的龙岐村和海秀公社秀英大队的秀英村及苍西村为调查点,于晚上8~12时,对周岁以上的居民从耳垂取血三大滴(相当于60mm~3血量),涂成厚血片,染色镜检,阳性血片计数定种,计算感染率和虫条数。 2.蚊虫自然感染丝虫调查:蚊虫活动季节白天上午全村捕蚊,定种后解剖,阳性蚊计算
Hainan Island is the most endemic area of Bancroftian filariasis in China. Previous investigations revealed the seriousness of island inhabitants infected with filarial worms. Therefore, elucidating the relationship between filarial infections and mosquito vectors of local residents is of great significance in prevention and treatment.
