一、播前准备1.品种选择选用抗病、优质、丰产、抗逆性强、商品性好的农家红皮、农家白皮、紫花白等品种。2.切块提倡小整薯播种。使用大种薯播种时为防止浪费需要切块处理。通常在播前4~7天切块。挑选健康的较大种薯,切块大小以30~50克为宜,每个切块带1~2个芽眼。切刀每使用10分钟后或在切到病、烂薯时,用5%高锰酸钾溶液或75%酒精浸泡1~2分钟或擦洗消毒。切块后立即用含有多菌灵(约为种薯重量0.3%)的不含盐碱的植物草木灰拌种、摊晾,使伤口愈合。勿堆积过厚,以防烂种。
