采用光学显微镜及电子背散射衍射(EBSD)技术研究了薄带连铸0.7%Si无取向硅钢。结果表明,铸带的显微组织为等轴晶,铸带表层主体织构为{223}<110>,s=0.5层主体织构为{110}<112>和{112}<132>,中心层主体织构为{001}<100>。冷轧板织构主要由较强的<110>//RD和较弱的<111>//ND织构组成。冷轧板经900℃退火后再结晶织构主要由{001}<100>,高斯织构和<111>//ND织构组成,新的立方晶粒易于在剪切带处形核,并在再结晶开始阶段长大成为退火后的主体织构。
The optical microscopy and electron backscatter diffraction (EBSD) technique were used to study the continuous casting of 0.7% Si non-oriented silicon steel. The results show that the microstructure of the cast strip is equiaxed, the main texture of the surface layer of the cast strip is {223} <110>, the texture of the main body of the s = 0.5 layer is {110} <112> and {112} <132> The main structure of the center layer is {001} <100>. The new cubic crystal grains are easy to nucleate at the shear zone Grow in the beginning of recrystallization to become the main texture after annealing.
