西南水电开发逐步进入发电运行期,大型水电站蓄水后水库岸坡在库水位升降、降雨等因素影响下,大多会导致库岸再造、崩塌、岩体蠕变、古滑坡复活、基岩变形加剧等多种地质灾害的发生,给库区周边人民生命财产和工程运行安全形成潜在安全风险。基于溪洛渡水电站水库影响区GNSS监测成果,构建了水库影响区快速监测分析预警体系,并利用该体系对水库影响区安全稳定进行分析评价,以保证水库影响区的围岩稳定和运行安全。通过建立的评价体系流程应用于溪洛渡水库影响区的预警评价中,取得了不错的效果,可进行推广应用。
Southwest hydropower development will gradually enter the power generation operation period. After the impoundment of a large hydropower station, the reservoir bank slope will mostly lead to reservoir bank rebuilding, collapse, rock mass creep, ancient landslide resurgence and aggravation of bedrock deformation under the influence of the rise and fall of reservoir water level and rainfall And other geological disasters, which pose potential safety risks to people’s life, property and project operation and safety around the reservoir area. Based on the monitoring results of GNSS in the affected area of Xiluodu Hydropower Station, a rapid monitoring and analysis and warning system for the affected area of the reservoir was constructed. The system was used to analyze and evaluate the safety and stability of the affected area in order to ensure the stability and operational safety of the surrounding rock in the affected area of the reservoir. Through the establishment of the evaluation system process applied to the early warning evaluation of the Xiluodu Reservoir impact area, and achieved good results, can be promoted.
