由中国石油地质委员会、南京大学、美国联邦地质调查所和美国石油地质学家协会等联合主办的国际盆地构造与油气聚集学术会议,于1993年5月24～30日在南京举行。来自十三个国家的200多位中外石油地质学家出席了会议。中国石油天然气总公司王涛总经理和环太平洋能源理事会主席D.Howell教授亦出席了会议并作了重要报告。会议收到论文200多篇,其中有65篇论文在大会上进行了交流。其内容丰富、领域广泛,
The International Conference on Tectonics and Hydrocarbon Accumulation in the International Basin, jointly organized by the China Petroleum Geology Committee, Nanjing University, the US Federal Geological Survey and the American Petroleum Geologists Association, was held in Nanjing from May 24 to May 30, 1993. More than 200 Chinese and foreign petroleum geologists from thirteen countries attended the conference. General Manager Wang Tao of China National Petroleum Corporation and Professor D. Howell of the Pacific Rim Energy Council also attended the meeting and made important reports. The conference received more than 200 papers, of which 65 papers were exchanged at the conference.
