根据赫兹接触理论建立的滚动轴承弹性变形和接触压力计算公式一般具有较为复杂的形式。本文对单列向心球轴承建立了简化计算公式,通过对107个型号轴承参数的计算,确定了简化公式中的系数。计算过程是严格的。利用简化公式计算接触变形δ精确度极高,其计算结果与精确解相比,误差小于1%。计算最大接触压力时也具有足够的精确度,与精确解比,一般误差不超过5%,仅有少数几种轴承计算误差达8%。 计算利用FORTRAN语言在441—(Ⅲ)型通用数字计算机上进行的。本计算为以后点接触条件下的接触压力和变形的计算提供了较为完整和严谨的FORTRAN程序。 文后较详细地列出了计算数据表格,包括椭圆积分表,以供使用者查阅。
The calculation formula of elastic deformation and contact pressure of rolling bearing established according to Hertz’s contact theory generally has a more complex form. In this paper, a simplified calculation formula is established for single row radial ball bearings. By calculating the bearing parameters of 107 models, the coefficients in the simplified formula are determined. The calculation process is strict. Using the simplified formula to calculate the contact deformation δ is extremely accurate. Compared with the exact solution, the error is less than 1%. Calculation of the maximum contact pressure also has sufficient accuracy, compared with the exact solution, the general error of not more than 5%, only a few bearing calculation error of 8%. Calculations were performed on a 441- (III) general purpose digital computer using the FORTRAN language. This calculation provides a more complete and rigorous FORTRAN program for the calculation of contact pressure and deformation under point contact conditions later. The text lists the calculated data tables in more detail, including the elliptic integral tables, for the user to review.
