一、目前我国毒死蜱生产技术情况我国毒死蜱的生产工艺主要采用三氯乙酰氯法和吡啶氯化法两种,其中三氯乙酰氯法是三氯乙酰氯与丙烯腈在催化剂的作用下,经过加成、环合、芳构化成盐,再由三氯吡啶醇钠与乙基氯化物合成制得成品毒死蜱,此工艺相对吡啶氯化法污染要高。吡啶氯化法为吡啶氯化制取五氯吡啶,五氯吡啶经过选择性脱氯及水解制得三氯吡啶酚,然后在氢氧化钠溶液中成盐得到三氯吡啶醇钠,再与乙基氯化物缩合制取毒死蜱,此法路线短,“三废”少,易于自动化,但是,吡啶需要大量进口。
