定量分析已经成为当代公共管理研究的主流方法。通过对全国大学生“挑战杯”课外学术作品的量化分析,我们发现了类似的规律性。这种趋势既反映了学生对公共管理知识需求的内容和方向,也对传统的《公共管理学》课程教学范式提出了挑战。基于此,本文分析了定量分析方法的意义和功能,由此提出了一个面向定量分析能力培养的课程教学四阶段实施模式,并且探讨了在《公共管理学》课程中引入定量分析方法应当关注的几个教学策略问题。
Quantitative analysis has become the mainstream method of contemporary public management research. Through the quantitative analysis of extracurricular academic works of college students “Challenge Cup ”, we found a similar regularity. This tendency not only reflects the content and direction of students’ knowledge demand for public management, but also challenges the traditional teaching paradigm of “Public Management”. Based on this, this paper analyzes the meaning and function of quantitative analysis method, and proposes a four-stage implementation mode of quantitative teaching method based on capacity-building for quantitative analysis. It also discusses that the introduction of quantitative analysis method in the course of “Public Management” should pay attention Several teaching strategy questions.
