本文通过对不同钢种和不同金相组织的钎杆进行凿岩寿命对比,认为杆体的合理硬度范围应根据凿岩条件和金相组织来确定。凿岩结果表明,国产55SiMnMo钎钢正火后和轧制状态的杆体硬度以HRC33～37为好。
In this paper, different steel and different microstructure of the drill rod drill life comparison, that the reasonable hardness of the rod body should be based on rock drilling conditions and microstructure to determine. Drilling results show that the hardness of domestic 55SiMnMo brazing steel after normalizing and rolling state HRC33 ~ 37 is better.
