目的:检测IL-10、IL-12在子宫内膜异位症(EMs)患者在位内膜、异位内膜组织中的表达,为EMs发生发展机制的研究和临床靶向化治疗提供实验依据。方法:选取30例卵巢子宫内膜异位囊肿患者,取其异位内膜组织(EMs异位内膜组)和在位内膜组织(EMs在位内膜组)。选取同期在华北理工大学附属医院因其他原因行宫腹腔镜手术的30例患者的正常子宫内膜组织(对照组)。应用免疫组化法和Western blot法检测3组内膜组织中IL-10、IL-12表达。结果:与对照组比较,EMs组中IL-10表达升高,IL-12表达降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。EMs在位内膜中IL-10表达低于EMs异位内膜,IL-12表达高于EMs异位内膜,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:EMs子宫内膜局部及种植部位中IL-12表达降低和IL-10表达升高与EMs的发生、发展有一定的相关性。
Objective: To detect the expression of IL-10 and IL-12 in endometriosis and ectopic endometrium of patients with endometriosis (EMs), and to provide experimental evidence for the mechanism of development and clinical targeted therapy of EMs in accordance with. Methods: Thirty patients with ovarian endometriosis were enrolled and their ectopic endometrium (EMs ectopic endometrium group) and eutopic endometrium (EMs eutopic endometrium group) were selected. The normal endometrial tissues (control group) of 30 patients who underwent hysteroscopic laparoscopic surgery at the affiliated hospital of North China Polytechnic University during the same period were selected. Immunohistochemistry and Western blot were used to detect the expression of IL-10 and IL-12 in the three groups. Results: Compared with the control group, the expression of IL-10 and the expression of IL-12 in EMs group were significantly decreased (P <0.01). The expression of IL-10 in EMs eutopic endometrium was lower than that in EMs ectopic endometrium, and the expression of IL-12 was higher than that in EMs ectopic endometrium (P <0.01). CONCLUSIONS: IL-12 expression and IL-10 expression are increased in part of the endometrium and in the implantation site of EMs, which may be related to the occurrence and development of EMs.
