目的分析肠内营养支持在结直肠癌患者快速康复手术中的应用效果。方法选2015年1月—2017年1月该院收治的34例外科结肠直肠癌手术患者,以不同治疗方法为依据分组:参照组(16例予以传统康复治疗),研究组(18例予以快速康复外科理念,同时在术前后配合肠内营养支持),对2组应用效果作比对。结果术前,2组前白蛋白、血清白蛋白比对,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后研究组第1、3天、出院时机体前白蛋白、血清白蛋白水平均比参照组高(P<0.05);术后住院天数及肠鸣音恢复时长均比参照组短(P<0.05)。结论临床对结肠直肠癌患者围手术期采用快速康复手术治疗的同时,配合肠内营养支持治疗,可在改善患者肠道功能的基础上,缩减其住院时长,改善身体营养状况。
Objective To analyze the effect of enteral nutrition support in rapid rehabilitation of patients with colorectal cancer. Methods From January 2015 to January 2017, 34 patients with surgical colorectal cancer who underwent surgery in our hospital were divided into groups according to different treatment methods: the reference group (16 patients undergoing traditional rehabilitation), and the study group (18 patients treated rapidly Rehabilitation surgical concept, at the same time with preoperative and postoperative enteral nutrition support), compared the effect of the two groups. Results Before surgery, there was no significant difference in prealbumin and serum albumin between the two groups (P> 0.05). On the first and third day after operation, the pre-body albumin and serum albumin levels (P <0.05). The length of postoperative hospital stay and bowel sounds recovery were shorter than those in the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusions The clinical treatment of patients with colorectal cancer during perioperative rapid rehabilitation surgery combined with enteral nutrition support treatment can improve the patient’s intestinal function, based on the reduction of hospital length of stay and improve the nutritional status of the body.
