薪酬管理是当前事业单位管理体制改革的重点以及热点,因为薪酬管理与每一个职工的切身利益息息相关,可以说职工关注度极高且薪酬管理改革难度很大,因此可以说薪酬管理水平高低将会直接影响到事业单位管理改革的顺利推进。本文对于事业单位薪酬管理的内涵、原则以及意义进行了阐述,围绕当前事业单位薪酬管理中存在的各种典型性问题,提出了具体的改善路径,以帮助事业单位制定正确的薪酬管理策略,提升薪酬激励的有效性,从而为事业单位的更好发展提供良好的保障。
