《食品安全法(修订草案)》(以下简称《草案》)近日获国务院常务会议原则通过,经进一步修改后提请全国人大常委全审议。据悉,我国将对食品生产、销售、餐饮服务等环节,实施最严格的全过程管理,建立最严厉的监管处罚制度,从法制层面保障“舌尖上的安全”。《食品安全法》修订,对政府、企业等相关方意味着什么?哪些规定变严了?监管风向又将往何处吹?对此,有关专家进行了解读。
