目的了解可拆除缝线小梁切除术后角膜散光的演变情况。方法于可拆除缝线小梁切除术前、术后的不同时期用NidekARK900型角膜曲率计检测34眼的角膜曲率。结果可拆除缝线小梁切除术后早期引起较大角膜散光,中度以上散光占76.5%,拆线后中度以上散光占32.35%,角膜最大曲率轴向与巩膜瓣的方位一致。结论可拆除缝线小粱切除术后早期引起的角膜散光较常规小梁切除术后散光大,拆线后1mo内逐渐减少,1mo后与术前相比则无显著性差异。
Objective To understand the evolution of corneal astigmatism after removal of sutureless trabeculectomy. Methods The corneal curvature of 34 eyes was measured with NidekARK900 keratometer before and after removal of suture trabeculectomy. Results After the removal of sutured trabeculectomy, the larger corneal astigmatism was caused in early stage. The moderate astigmatism was 76.5% and the moderate astigmatism was 32.35% after suture removal. The axial coronal maximum curvature was consistent with the scleral flap orientation. Conclusion The corneal astigmatism caused by early removal of detachable suture sorghum is larger than that after conventional trabeculectomy, and gradually decreases within 1 month after suture removal. There is no significant difference after 1 month compared with that before operation.
