我国首次引进的ＴＢ８８０Ｅ型掘进机在秦岭隧道南口掘进中，其刮碴板支座严重损坏，致使刮板无法安装，严重影响施工。本文从设计上分析了原因并介绍了现场的应急解决办法，进而提出了改进方案，为更好地使用掘进机提供了参考。
The TB880E boring machine introduced for the first time in China was dug in the south of Qinling Tunnel and its scraper support was severely damaged. As a result, the scraper could not be installed, which seriously hindered the construction. This paper analyzes the reasons from the design and introduces the emergency solutions at the scene, then puts forward the improvement plan, which provides a reference for using TBM better.
