针对现有汽车EPS系统可靠性评估传统方法的局限性,应用GO法对EPS系统进行可靠性分析。阐述了汽车EPS系统GO法的具体分析步骤,建立了相应GO图模型,进行了定性分析和精确的定量分析。通过与FTA分析和FMEA分析法对同一EPS的分析对比验证了GO法在汽车EPS进行可靠性分析中的实用性和正确性。结果表明应用GO法进行汽车EPS可靠性分析,是一种具有实际操作意义的解决方案,可以减少计算工作量和降低建模差错。
In view of the limitation of the traditional method of reliability evaluation of the existing automobile EPS system, the GO method is used to analyze the reliability of the EPS system. The paper elaborates the specific analysis steps of GO method of automobile EPS system, establishes the corresponding GO graph model, carries on qualitative analysis and precise quantitative analysis. The comparison and analysis of the same EPS with the FTA analysis and the FMEA analysis verify the practicability and correctness of the GO method in the reliability analysis of the automobile EPS. The results show that using GO method to analyze the reliability of automotive EPS is a practical solution to reduce the computational workload and reduce modeling errors.
