目前,在一些矿山仍存在提升机减速器漏油问题,不仅浪费大量的润滑油,而且污染环境,不利于文明生产,有待引起足够重视。 苏州阳西矿使用的一台XKT2×2×1B型矿井提升机(1972年产品),就长期存在轴瓦渗、漏油问题,其中高速轴尤为严重。据作解体分析,认为引起漏油的主要原因如下: (1)各轴承处没有回油槽(孔),致使润滑油无通路至油箱,只得从迷宫式端盖处向外渗漏; (2)由于上、下轴瓦剖分面存在间隙,润滑油除从端盖渗出外,还从剖分面沿联接螺栓向外流出; (3)减速器箱盖与箱座接合面加工粗糙,虽经螺栓联接仍有缝隙,润滑油可沿缝隙渗漏溢出。
