本文对我国正在发展的振动器设计中的有关问题进行了探讨。主要通过对所设计的CSG-24型多功能工程砂钻配套的一种液压驱动双轴四轮偏心式定向振动器,在其振动频率、振幅、最大激振力等参数的选择和结构设计方面进行了分析和探讨,说明了这种振动器具有较高的稳定性,能够满足迥转振动跟管钻进的要求。
This article discusses the related problems in the design of vibrator which is developing in our country. Mainly through the design of CSG-24-type multi-purpose engineering sand drill supporting a kind of hydraulically driven two-axis four-wheel eccentric directional vibrator, its vibration frequency, amplitude, the maximum excitation force and other parameters of choice and structural design The analysis and discussion show that this vibrator has high stability and can meet the requirements of the vibration and follow-up drilling.
