对于药物治疗无效的炎症,或已穿孔的角膜感染、外伤等均可切除病变后行板层角膜移植术.由于成人角膜供体来源有限,使许多移植手术适应证患者不能及时治疗.为此,1992年以来,我科参照有关文献,运用7～9月龄胎儿角膜进行了22例治疗性板层角膜移植术,现报告如下.临床资料一、病例:本组年龄7～61岁,平均34.1岁;其中男13例,女9例.病种包括蚕蚀性角膜溃疡9例,化脓性角膜溃汤2例,单疱病毒性角膜炎5例,角膜外伤4例,角膜化学烧伤1例,角膜缘虹膜色素囊肿1例.
