This paper describes the Ka band frequency synthesizer research programs and implementation methods, including the millimeter wave main ring, microwave reference ring and intermediate frequency phase-locked loop structure, and the use of this method designed to achieve the output frequency of 26.5 ~ 40GHz, the frequency Interval 1MHz, phase noise index £ (10kHz) <- 65dBC / Hz, spurious better than-55dBC, the output power is greater than +5 dBm millimeter-wave frequency synthesizer.
