目的探讨基质金属蛋白酶(MMP-9)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)在结肠癌组织中表达的意义。方法选取我院2011年3月-2013年3月60例手术切除结肠癌组织标本作为结肠癌组;选择同期60例正常结肠组织标本作为对照组。采取免疫组化SP法检测两组MMP-9及VEGF的表达。结果结肠癌组在MMP-9、VEGF呈现的阳性率分别为75%、88.33%,对照组均呈现阴性,组间差异有统计学意义;Ⅰ期-Ⅱ期结肠癌组中MMP-9、VEG的阳性表达率明显低于Ⅲ期-Ⅳ期阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);淋巴结转移结肠癌组织中MMP-9、VEG的阳性表达率明显高于无淋巴结转移阳性表达率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠癌组织中MMP-9、VEG的表达呈正相关关系。结论 MMP-9及VEGF在结肠癌组织中明显升高,两者共同促进了结肠癌的进展。
Objective To investigate the expression of matrix metalloproteinase (MMP-9) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in colon cancer. Methods From March 2011 to March 2013, 60 cases of resected colon cancer tissue specimens were selected as colon cancer group. Sixty normal colon specimens were selected as the control group. Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of MMP-9 and VEGF in both groups. Results The positive rates of MMP-9 and VEGF in colon cancer group were 75% and 88.33%, respectively, which were negative in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups. The expression of MMP-9 and VEG in stage Ⅰ-Ⅱ colon cancer (P <0.05). The positive expression rates of MMP-9 and VEG in lymph node metastatic colon cancer tissues were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis Rate, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The expression of MMP-9 and VEG in colon cancer tissues was positively correlated. Conclusions MMP-9 and VEGF are significantly increased in colon cancer tissues, both of which promote the progress of colon cancer.
