利用拉伸试验机、维氏硬度计以及扫描电镜对电沉积法制备的DP钢/Ni-Fe复合板的拉伸力学性能、界面结合强度、硬度以及界面元素分布进行了研究。结果表明:复合板屈服强度为507MPa,抗拉强度为920MPa,断后伸长率为5.6%,其抗拉强度值近似于DP钢和Ni-Fe强度的线性叠加,其界面结合强度为416 MPa,呈现出良好的界面结合力。复合板界面两侧的硬度差异明显,在界面附近没有形成过渡区;复合板界面附近没有出现元素梯度变化,表明DP钢/Ni-Fe复合板在制备过程中没有发生元素扩散。
The tensile mechanical properties, interfacial bonding strength, hardness and interfacial element distribution of DP steel / Ni-Fe composite plate prepared by electrodeposition were investigated by tensile tester, Vickers hardness tester and scanning electron microscope. The results show that the yield strength of the composite plate is 507MPa, the tensile strength is 920MPa and the elongation after fracture is 5.6%. The tensile strength value of the composite is approximately linear with the strength of DP steel and Ni-Fe. The interfacial bond strength is 416 MPa, Showing a good interface with the force. The hardness difference between the two sides of the composite board interface is obvious, and no transition zone is formed near the interface. There is no element gradient change near the interface of the composite board, indicating that there is no element diffusion in the DP steel / Ni-Fe composite board.
