目的探讨扣带回脑区与癫痫大鼠学习记忆损害的相关性。方法以海仁酸癫痫大鼠模型为研究对象即模型组,另设立模型对照组及空白对照组,运用Morris水迷宫对各组大鼠的学习记忆能力进行评价,运用免疫组织化学染色观察各组大鼠扣带回脑区C-Jun免疫活性。结果模型组大鼠学习记忆能力明显降低,其扣带回脑区C-Jun免疫阳性细胞数目明显减少(P<0.05)。结论癫痫大鼠学习记忆能力明显降低,其扣带回脑区C-Jun免疫活性明显降低,扣带回脑区与癫痫大鼠的学习记忆损害存在相关性。
Objective To investigate the relationship between cingulate gyrus and learning and memory impairments in epileptic rats. Methods The model group was established by taking the model of melatonin as epilepsy, the model control group and the blank control group were set up. Morris water maze was used to evaluate the learning and memory ability of rats in each group. Immunohistochemical staining was used to observe the effect of each group Rat C-Jun C-Jun Immunoreactivity. Results The learning and memory abilities of the model group were significantly decreased, and the number of C-Jun immunoreactive cells in the cingulate gyrus was significantly decreased (P <0.05). Conclusions The learning and memory abilities of epileptic rats were significantly decreased. The immunoreactivity of C-Jun in cingulate gyrus was significantly decreased. There was a correlation between the C-Jun immunoreactivity and the impairment of learning and memory in epileptic rats.
