目的:分析环孢素血药浓度与剂量、疗效的关系。方法:以高效液相色谱法对68例肾移植受者进行556次环孢素血药浓度监测。结果:肾移植术后不同时期环孢素全血谷浓度分别为289.3±126.0(1个月),229.2±101.6(2个月),199.1±108.7(3个月),144.9±53.5(4~12个月),135.6±51.9ng·ml~(-1)(>12个月),500例次肝肾功能正常,占89.9%,53例次不正常,占9.5%,3例次出现慢性排斥,经应用激素冲击疗法和增加环孢素用量得以纠正。结论:环孢素血药浓度监测具有重要的临床意义。
Objective: To analyze the relationship between cyclosporine blood concentration and dose and curative effect. Methods: 686 renal transplant recipients were monitored by HPLC for 556 cyclosporine concentrations. Results: The mean trough concentrations of CsA at different stages after renal transplantation were 289.3 ± 126.0 (1 month), 229.2 ± 101.6 (2 months), 199.1 ± 108.7 (3 months), 144.9 ± 53.5 (4 ~ 12 months), 135.6 ± 51.9ng · ml ~ (-1) (> 12 months), 500 cases of normal liver and kidney function, accounting for 89.9%, 53 cases were abnormal, accounting for 9.5%, 3 cases were chronic Exclusion, the application of hormonal therapy and increase the amount of cyclosporine be corrected. Conclusion: Cyclosporine blood concentration monitoring has important clinical significance.
