基于47家企业共215名企业中高层干部的问卷调查数据,从资源配置视角考察了组织结构正式化维度、分权化维度、知识共享和组织创新气氛之间的关系,并探讨了企业知识产权保护能力的调节效应。结果发现:分权化对知识共享有正向影响,知识共享在分权化和组织创新气氛之间起部分中介作用,企业知识产权保护能力与分权化的交互作用对知识共享产生正向影响,即当企业知识产权保护能力较强时,分权化对知识共享具有显著正向影响,当企业知识产权保护能力较弱时,分权化对知识共享并无显著影响。研究初步成果可成功运用于企业组织结构的改造工作。
Based on the survey data of 215 middle-level and senior-level cadres in 47 enterprises, the relationship between the formalized dimensions of organizational structure, dimensions of decentralization, knowledge sharing and the atmosphere of organizational innovation was investigated from the perspective of resource allocation, and the relationship between corporate intellectual property Regulatory effect of protection. The results show that decentralization has a positive impact on knowledge sharing, knowledge sharing plays a partial intermediary role between the decentralization and the atmosphere of organizational innovation, and the interaction of intellectual property protection and decentralization has a positive impact on knowledge sharing , That is, when the IPR protection ability of enterprises is strong, decentralization has a significant positive impact on knowledge sharing. When IPR protection is weak, decentralization has no significant impact on knowledge sharing. Preliminary results of the study can be successfully applied to the transformation of the organizational structure of enterprises.
