Colonial discourse constructs the legitimacy of colonial rule in the marginalized groups of Indian traditional society, including the victim status of women, which poses new challenges for nationalists as they face both indigenous traditions, coloniality and ethnic identity A series of issues such as entanglement. In response to this challenge, Indian nationalists have dicussed cultures in terms of material / spirituality, family / world, men / women, etc. in order to confront a strong culture of colonization and maintain their own national identity. However, the nationalistic dualism of culture finally cut off the possibility of external society involvement in the issue of Indian women and strengthened the role of indigenous men as lawmakers for female behavior, in fact consolidating the hegemony of patriarchy in Indian society.
