研究了浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)对Cu2+、Cd2+的生物吸附能力,以及不同浓度Cu2+、Cd2+单一处理对浒苔的叶绿素含量、叶绿素a/b比值、可溶性糖和蛋白质含量的影响.结果表明,暴露72 h后,浒苔对两种重金属的去除率均呈先升高后降低的趋势,但Cu2+的去除率远大于Cd2+.叶绿素含量在Cu2+处理下大幅度降低,且叶绿素a下降的幅度大于叶绿素b,叶绿素a/b的比值减小;在Cd2+处理下,仅Cd2+浓度<1 mg/L时浒苔的叶绿素含量不降低,因此,叶绿素a/b的比值先升高后降低.可溶性糖含量在Cu2+、Cd2+处理下减小,但随着Cu2+浓度增加有逐渐升高趋势,随着Cd2+浓度增加则一直下降.蛋白质含量在Cu2+、Cd2+处理下均大幅度减少,但当Cu2+浓度> 10 mg/L、Cd2+浓度> 20 mg/L时,蛋白质含量有所上升.
